Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH)

FISH allows for single cell analysis of copy number variation and fusion/translocation, whilst providing insight into tumor heterogeneity. At ORIDIS we perform over 4000 FISH procedures per year.

Immunohistochemistry (IHC)

IHC allows for analysis of specificity and location of target immune reactivity and semi-quantitative analysis of intensity. Our IHC technology is further complimented by automated staining and slide scanning. At ORIDIS we perform over 2500 IHC procedures a year.

Tissue Microarray (TMA)

Our NIH-licensed TMA and propriety image capture technology multiplies the number of possible assays, whilst increasing standardization, saving project time and costs and preserving valuable tissue specimens. Custom-made TMAs are employed in 80-90% of our projects. Full tissue sections are employed in 10-20% of our projects.

Cell Line Microarrays

Combination of our cell culture facility and cell microarray technology enables us to offer customized cell microarrays for use as standardized controls for streamlining of IHC assays
